Beyond Good & Evil 2 director confirms team are "unaffected" by Ubisoft cuts, "remain committed" to the game

Ubisoft recently unleashed a raft of cancellations, delays and studio closures as part of a brutal bout of corporate restructuring. We've still yet to see how all of the repercussions of it will go, with proposed voluntary redundancies at the company's Paris headquarters having seen unions put plans in place for a three day strike in February. One of the games which wasn't among the cancellations was long-in-development sequel Beyond Good and Evil 2, and its director has now confirmed as much,
